Miles Landscaping LLC is a small Landscape company, based out of Rockwall, TX. As we continue to grow, we are constantly seeking talent to continue providing top-tier services to our clients.
We are currently seeking hard working individuals to fill the following roles within our team.
LAWN & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER: FULL TIME
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write and speak English. (High School Diploma or GED) Bi-Lingual is a PLUS.
- Ability to properly operate a 1-1/2 ton cab-over Box Truck (Isuzu NPR)
- Ability to manage ALL aspects of a lawn care & landscape project with minimal direction.
- Have a moderate understanding of our native plantings and turf types and how to maintain them.
- Ability to interact with our clients in a professional manner and work to resolve ANY issue in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all Technicians in order to complete a project with the highest efficiency & quality.
- Ability to operate ALL hand tools (i.e. pruners, lopers, hammers, etc.)
- Ability to operate ALL small engine landscape tools (i.e. line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
- Ability to operate commercial Toro & Scag mowers (walk behind as well as zero-turn)
- Ability to lift 80 pounds from the ground without assistance.
- Ability to work outdoors in ALL Seasons.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods without excessive fatigue.
- Ability to exhibit PRIDE within their work and ensure all projects are completed to our client’s satisfaction.
- Our Crew Leaders are EXPECTED to LEAD and must show a propensity to problem-solve and communicate effectively with team members and resolve issues on the fly in order to complete landscape projects and maintenance routes ON SCHEDULE.
Pay Range: $15/hr – $19/hr depending on experience and work ethic.
LAWN & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: FULL TIME
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write and speak English. (High School Diploma or GED) Bi-Lingual is a PLUS.
- Ability to support the Crew Leader in ALL aspects of a lawn care or landscape project without hesitation.
- Ability to operate ALL hand tools (i.e. pruners, lopers, hammers, etc.)
- Ability to operate ALL small engine landscape tools (i.e. line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
- Ability to operate commercial Toro & Scag mowers (walk behind as well as zero-turn)
- Ability to lift 80 pounds from the ground without assistance.
