Lawn Care Tier 3: (starting at $72/visit) ($576/Year)
Eight (8) visits annually to perform the following tasks:
- Early Spring – We use a top quality liquid pre-emergent application in combination with a 3-way herbicide treatment that eliminates any existing weeds, as well as provides a barrier at the soil-level to inhibit the germination of any weed seeds throughout Spring and Summer.
- Spring – We use a high quality soil-amending fertilizer product that contains slow and soluble nitrogen that is well balanced to meet your turf & shrub needs during the Spring green-up period.
- We apply a high quality liquid Insecticide to turf and/or ornamental areas to control general insects, as well as the more common scale insects that tend to feed on Crape Myrtles and other ornamentals.
- Mid-Spring – We apply a high quality granular Fire Ant preventative that eliminates existing fire ant colonies, as well as prevents new ones from popping up for the entire season.
- Early Summer – We use a high quality soil-amending fertilizer product that contains slow and soluble nitrogen and micronutrients to gradually feed your turf areas for health, color and vigor.
- We spot-treat for any broadleaf weeds that may have popped up since the Spring weed treatment.
- We apply a high-quality granular insecticide application to prevent Chinch Bugs & Grubs from damaging your turf areas.
- Mid-Summer – We use a high quality soil-amending fertilizer product that contains slow and soluble nitrogen and micronutrients to gradually feed your turf areas for health, color and vigor.
- We apply a high quality liquid Insecticide to turf and/or ornamental areas as needed to control general insects, as well as the more common scale insects that tend to feed on Crape Myrtles and other ornamentals.
- Late Summer – We use a high quality soil-amending fertilizer product that contains slow and soluble nitrogen and micronutrients to gradually feed your turf areas for health, color and vigor.
- Fall – We use a top quality liquid pre-emergent application in combination with a 3-way herbicide treatment that eliminates any existing weeds, as well as provides a barrier at the soil-level to inhibit the germination of any broadleaf & grassy weed seeds throughout Fall and Winter.
- We apply a second application of high-quality granular insecticide to prevent Chinch Bugs & Grubs from damaging your turf areas.
- Winter – We apply a high quality Horticulture Oil to Crape Myrtles and other dormant ornamentals to eliminate any scale insects that may have resurfaced.
