Thank you for considering employment within the Miles Landscaping Team. Please complete our online Employee Application form and press submit. This is the 1st phase of our 3-phase employment process.
Phase 1: Potential Employee completes and submits an application for employment, at which time a Miles Landscaping LLC representative will review the application and determine if the applicant is a good fit for the position for which he/she is applying.
Phase 2: In the event it is determined that the applicant is a good fit, a Miles Landscaping LLC representative will contact the applicant for a follow-up interview that must be performed in-person. In the event it is determined that the applicant is NOT a good fit or that the position has already been filled, an email will be sent to the applicant explaining our decision.
Phase 3: More thorough background checks will be conducted, including but not limited to drug screening. Employee may begin work at the discretion of the Owner of Miles Landscaping LLC pending the final background/drug screening results.
